It became the central hub for updates on strategy, projects and daily operations. The content was developed together with management and all departments and combined business news with human stories and leadership insights. With professional editorial design and interactive elements, the briefing encouraged real dialog. Employees were able to comment, ask questions and give feedback, transforming internal communication from a one-way channel to a lively conversation.
The results were remarkable: open rates of over 70%, an average reading time of over six minutes and a reach of 98% of the target group.
