Solidarity and mutual aid are becoming increasingly important in a world characterized by crises. That is why we are actively committed to helping people and the environment. One of the projects close to our hearts is our collaboration with Blockblocks Cleanup. Every year, tons of plastic are washed into the sea. 80 percent of this waste comes from the land. To counteract this destructive development, Blockblocks Cleanup organizes regular waste collection campaigns in Düsseldorf, where volunteers clear the banks of the Rhine of garbage so that it does not end up in our oceans. The local initiative has already collected more than eleven tons of garbage so far.
