The task.

For a specialist bank, we support the development of a new brand strategy in the run-up to the bank's 100th anniversary. The task includes brand strategy and design for a newly developed corporate structure. The goal of the change: to make the brand ready for the future and to bring all key internal and external stakeholders along on the journey.

Solution.

We manage and coordinate the project and provide strategic advice to the bank's internal stakeholders with regard to brand development on topics such as target group, corporate values and content focus in the project itself as well as in internal communications. All relevant brand disciplines are used: brand marketing, market research, data-driven marketing and strategic marketing. 

 

The result.

It can be seen - but not yet publicly. Brand positioning and design will be unveiled in 2023. Then, of course, also here on our site.
